Privacy Policy

UltraClear Laser London ("we", "us") belongs to the UNTIL group. It explains UltraClear laser resurfacing and forwards enquiries to UNTIL Health Concierge, who set up a skin assessment at an UNTIL club. Nobody here treats patients. Questions about this policy go to james.morrissey@until.co.uk.

The information we receive: if you send the form at /ultraclear-enquiry, we receive your name, your email, a phone number only if you choose to give one, the skin concerns you tick, the best time to contact you, how you heard about the site and anything you type in the message box. There are no health questions on the form, and it asks you to keep medical history out of the message.

What we do with it: it is used only for answering you. UNTIL Health Concierge contacts you, arranges the assessment and shares with the practitioner the details they need to see you. Your clinical record belongs to that practitioner and is covered by their own privacy notice. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Storage: each enquiry arrives at UNTIL by email and is saved in a database hosted by Supabase. We hold it for as long as it takes to answer you and set up your assessment.

Your rights under UK GDPR: you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, or limit how we use it, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To use any of these rights, write to james.morrissey@until.co.uk.

Analytics: page views and button clicks are counted with PostHog, hosted in the EU, and only after you accept the cookie banner. Nothing you type into the form is recorded by analytics.
